This concept demonstrator Accessible Travel Simulation “serious game” has been developed to support disabled people to better access rail travel on Northern.
This project was funded by the Department for Transport (DfT) and Connected Places Catapult Transport Research and Innovation Grant – Accessibility program.
Chrome Angel Solutions and Totem Learning are collaborating with partners Northern, Community Rail Lancashire and Angel Trains Limited to work with users from Northern Accessibility User Group and Community Groups. This concept demonstrator is for testing the approach to help support securing funding for further development for the many enhancements and ideas that have been identified.
