Swipe left, right, up, or down to shift tiles that direction.
Two tiles with consecutive Fibonacci numbers will combine to make the next number. This is a little easier than 2048 because any number has two numbers it will combine with (except 1). That means it's a little more difficult to get stuck. However, some tiles will combine when you'd prefer they not.
