Game overview
*41* Blitz is a variant of the classic dice/board game ‘Shut The Box’ (I knew it as ‘Blitz’).
Rules & Info:
> Played with 2 six-sided dice and a board with the numbers 1-10.
> Player rolls the dice and attempts to score the total of the dice using the sum of 1 or more numbers available on the board (roll only 1 die if board totals 6 or less).
> Each number on the board can only be scored once per game (scored numbers are added to total score).
> Game is over if a roll can not be scored using the available numbers OR you 'Shut The Box' (score all 10 numbers).
> Bonus reroll(s) awarded at Level Up and will be available for use if a roll can't be scored.
> The player can have a maximum of 5 retries saved.
> Use Settings menu to display game stats, turn sound or blitz-jack on/off, reset game data/stats, or change GDPR consent status.
> This game does feature an unobtrusive banner ad.
> Rewarded video ads will be offered if retries drop to zero (+3 retries), or after 6 games played since last ad displayed (+1 reroll).
> A small save game file will be stored on your device. App can be closed anytime and will resume where you left off.
> No data (personal or otherwise) is collected by this app.
Scoring & Blitz-Jack/Joker’d Bonuses:
> Game is over if a roll can not be scored using the available numbers (-1 retry… -1 level, if no retries).
> Basic goal is to score a total of 41 or more (+1 retry).
> Ultimate goal is to “shut the box”(STB) by scoring all 10 numbers on the board (+1 level, +3 retries, and +1 reroll).
> If turned on, Blitz-Jack Bonus games are randomly awarded at the start of a new game (minimum 20% chance).
> During a Blitz-Jack Bonus game, a jack of a random suit will overtake a random number on the board making it unscorable unless you STB.
> If a Blitz-Jack game is won (must still score 41+ to win), player will collect the Jack suit from the board (also +1 level, +3 retries, and +2 rerolls).
> Once player has all 4 Jack suits, they will be awarded a Joker'd Mega-Bonus game when the next Blitz-Jack Bonus game occurs.
> During a Joker'd Mega-Bonus game, 2 jokers will overtake 2 random numbers on the board making them unscorable unless you STB.
> If a Joker'd game is won (must still score 41+ to win), player will collect the Mega-Bonus (+2 levels, max retries, and +4 rerolls).
> Bonus game STBs will reward even more than above (extra Level Up & reroll)
> When a STB is scored, a Hat-Trick bonus will also be awarded if 3 or more STBs have been scored within the last 11 games (also +3 rerolls & all Jack suits).
