is a program created by the National Autonomous University of Mexico together with the Gonzalo Río Arronte Foundation. This collaboration aims to enable Mexico's children to develop healthy eating habits through delicious recipes and a balanced diet.



In addition to the above, boys and girls will be able to discover in exercise a fun activity that they can do with family, with friends, at home, outdoors, etc. Without further ado, ¡1, 2, 3 Por Mí!, is designed to learn how to eat delicious, healthy food and do fun physical activity, through the virtual platform ¡1, 2, 3 Por Mí! and through workshops for children that are free and open access.
