How to Play a Game "What's the Deal?" (1+ Players)
One player enters the agreed upon emotional text into the application. Enter anything! Examples include a tweet from a celebrity, text messages from a friend, or an iconic line from a movie. All players guess the emoji playing card that will be dealt and then a player hits "Predict Emotion" to deal out the corresponding emoji card. The player nearest to the correct emoji playing card wins the hand. The player with the most wins at the end of a specified period wins the game.
How to be Social with "What's the Deal?"
You may send an entertaining screenshot of the results to anyone you wish, including the one who wrote the tweet, post, text message or statement! It's an educational and empowering way to engage friends, family or celebrities about their "feelings" with the world's greatest gaming platform, a deck of cards.
Understanding the Four Core Emotion System (4CES)
Emoji Playing Cards uses the Four Core Emotion System (4CES) to quantify expressed "feelings" in our natural language. The system is fun and easy to understand for all ages. 4CES filters all types of emotional expression to our 4 uniquely identifiable core emotions, which are also globally accepted as general states of being. These 4 core emotions are Joy, Fear, Sadness, and Anger, and are the four suits in the Emoji Playing Cards. For example, a "10 of Joy" is a highest card of Joy and would be dealt out when feelings of love and amazed are expressed. A "2 of Joy" is the lowest card of Joy and would be dealt out when feelings of relaxed and calm are expressed. A "10 of Anger" would be dealt out when feelings of furious and irate are expressed. A "2 of Anger" would be dealt out when feelings of annoyed or hassled are expressed. A high card of Sadness would be dealt out when feelings of grieving and depression are expressed. A high number card of Fear would be dealt out when feelings of horrified, scared or tormented are expressed.
